Jennie Finch and Athletes Unlimited

Jennie Finch was back at the Rosemont Ballpark at 34 Jennie Finch Way. The Chicago Bandits were playing. It was almost like old times.

These Bandits are new though, playing in the Athletes Unlimited Softball League. They haven't claimed Chicago as their home yet. I do think that will happen though. The AU folks have to make that happen. 

AU brought old old favorite Finch for Opening Day. While seeing Finch was great, as was seeing some old regular fans, it isn't quite the same. It's still elite softball and it is just the first season of AUSL. I'm interested, but not fully invested yet. I'm hoping more things come together next season.
