The Chicago Bears are hosting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers today. The Bears are 1-1 going into this home opener. In honor of today's game and as a tip of the hat to the St. Rita Mustangs who beat my Mt. Carmel Caravan on Friday, I am presenting Dennis Lick, a former member of the Bears who is a St. Rita alum. When I met Lick at AU Sports, I had to wear an MC jersey. Lick got a big laugh out of it. As the picture was taken, Lick put one of his big hands across my chest, effectively blocking out the Mt. Carmel lettering!

Wow that is one big guy!
I remeber Dennis Lick. Too bad injuries screwed up his career. He could have been a great veteran on the Super Bowl team of 1985.
