Congratulations to the Philadelphia Phillies on winning the National League East. Congrats also (and a slightly belated Happy Birthday) to fellow Global Traveler staffer Kim, a real Phillie Phanatic.
In 2006, Cuzz, Jimmy G., Chachi and I went to a Phillies game on our yearly baseball road trip. I knew that former player Greg "the Bull" Luzinski had a barbeque restaurant in the ballpark, which he often visited. Luckily for us, he was there when we were. Luzinski is a native Chicagoan, who played the last 4 years of his career with the White Sox, after spending 11 excellent seasons with Philly. Luzinski seemed happy to meet some Chicagoans out east!
