Friendly Encounters

This is another in a series of meetings of my friends and celebs.

When we last saw Layne Toth, she was posing with her sister Peri and me at the Motor City Comic Con. Knowing these two active sisters, I knew there had to be a lot of news since their last appearance here.
The creators of Sisters Comics have indeed been busy. As always, the sisters are working on their comic books. They have also been doing a lot of Taekwondo with their instructor Ron Burch of ATA Martial Arts in Haslett (MI). The sisters are also working on creating a comic book of Burch's life story, "Unbroken Glory: How It Began". Oh and several of their character properties are being worked on for graphic novels. Like I said, these sisters are definitely active young ladies.
The Toth family met Robin Williams at Michigan State University. Layne is pictured with Williams and her artwork of his famous tv character Mork.
I look forward to seeing Layne, Peri and father Tornado again in 2010 at the MCCC.
