This is a regular series which attempts to combine my lifelong passion for trading cards with my semi-professional interest in celebrities. Today, I mam featuring representatives of the two teams in the NHL's Western Conference Finals.
Tara Leigh Patrick was born in Ohio. She became Carmen Electra and carved out a career as a singer, model, actress and even Mrs. Dennis Rodman. That's quite a resume. While I usually have a soft spot for a beautiful woman in a hockey jersey, I will not let Electra sway me away from my beloved Hawks, although I really like her Celebrity Jersey Card.
A native of Connecticut, Brian Dennehy is the opposite of Electra. While he lacks her beauty, he certainly surpasses her acting ability. Actually, Dennehy looks quite ruggedly handsome in his Hawks sweater on his celebrity Jersey Card. Brains and ability (Dennehy) will beat beauty (Electra) and the Hawks will prevail!
