On the Beat with Branndi Melero of the Chicago Bandits 2015

Today, the Johngy's Beat and Justin's World of Softball joint coverage of the Chicago Bandits focuses on Branndi Melero.  The rookie outfielder from Auburn has already made a grand contribution.
In the NPF, a rookie has to really fight for playing time.  The Bandits have a crowded outfield as is, which makes it even harder for the talented incoming rookies.  Branndi knows she will have to produce to earn playing time.
Produce is exactly what she did with her first hit of the season.  It was a 3 run home run!  That is a big time start.  I am sure it is just the beginning for Branndi.
In our introductory interview, we discussed being drafted, the transition to the professional ranks and much more.  Branndi is ready to earn her place and prove her value.  If that first at bat was any signal, she will be around for a long time.
After you watch the interview, head over to ChicagoBandits.com for more news and updates.  The team is off to a great start.  Why not join the fun.  Jump on the Bandits bandwagon!
