C2E2 2015 With Jessica Lynn

Jessica Lynn is a freelance comic artist.  She states that she will draw anything, but her favortie subjects are sci-fi, fantasy and horror.
Her beautiful creations caught my interest at C2E2 2015.  I found her characters to be very intriguing.  I later learned that one of her characteristics is "bringing characters to life through panels and facial expressions, movements, etc."  That certainly captures what I was trying to convey.
Her most recent project was the illustration for "Fangirl," written by Tom Stillwell and colored by Zac Atkinson.  The story focuses on young girl Alice who witnesses a murder and decides to hide with her friends at the world's largest comic con.  It sounds like a great premise and definitely one of interest to comic con attendees.
You can learn more about her and see some of her work at Jessica Lynn Art.  You can also follow Jessica Lynn on twitter.
C2E2 offers everyone a chance to meet many artists like Jessica.  You can see all of their work, get commissioned stuff and talk to them up close.  It is simply a fantastic experience.
Jessica Lynn and me in Chicago, IL-April 2015.
