The Chicago Auto Show

I am pleased to announce I will once again be "On the Beat" at the Chicago Auto Show. The CAS runs February 9-18 in Chicago's McCormick Place. Leading up to this great event, I am sharing some highlights from last year.
What is an auto show without pretty auto models? I met Barbara Gomez and Natalie Gaedtke at some car booth. I probably should know which car maker they were representing. The purpose of the model is to attract visitors (which they did), but hopefully that visitor lingers for a while, collecting info on the vehicles. Maybe he even eventually becomes a customer at some dealership (I failed this part). In my defense, I was there as press and my job was to take pictures and post them (which I did). I am sure I mentioned the car maker in those reports. In that respect, it was a success for all involved.
I don't know if these ladies will be at CAS 2019, but plenty of models will be there and I will do my job and meet many of them. Of course, I'll also report on the vehicles, programs, special events and all else happening at the CAS 2019. If you see me there, stop me, because I am always up for an event picture with friends (or strangers).
You can follow Natalie Gaedtke on twitter. Unfortunately, I lost track of Barbara, but maybe I'll see her at CAS 2019. Go to ChicagoAutoShow.com for more info. You can also follow the Chicago Auto Show on Facebook and the Chicago Auto Show on twitter for updates, scheduling and more info.
Barbara Gomez, Natalie Gaedtke and me in Chicago, IL-February 2018.
