Victor Dandridge was one of the first creators I ever met and befriended at Wizard World. Back many years ago, you could see this man was going places.
Victor was the first artist to do his take on The Johngy. He was doing cool 8 bit art and he created Johngy in 8 bit form. I love this piece.
Victor is a writer, artist, speaker, host and much more. The guy is in a constant state of movement at every con. It usually takes an effort to get him for a few minutes at Wizard World, but it is always worth it. He's such a fun, positive guy.
In addition to his own creative endeavors, Victor and Vantage Inhouse Productions is focused on today's youth and readership. Victor is a great role model.
At the last Wizard World, I learned that Victor was leaving his position with WW to focus on other things. Certainly it was an amicable departure. Victor did great work with WW, but felt he needed to do other things at this time. I wished him well and we will keep in touch. I will follow him and update all on his next great accomplishments as they happen. Until then, thank you for great work at Wizard World!
Check out Vantage Inhouse Productions for more info on Dandridge. You can also check out WizardWorld.com for more info on this great comic con. The next Wizard World is February 22-24. in Portland, OR.
Victor Dandridge and me in St. Louis, MO-April 2017.
