A few months back, when I went to see Al Snow and David Vox Mullen on their comedy tour, a pleasant surprise was Alydar Skyy, another comedian with them. It was my first time seeing Alydar and I was really impressed.
As worlds collided, I later saw Alydar perform at Divorce Diaries, Michele Traina's one woman show. Alydar is a writer to the Divorce Diaries television show in production. David is a producer on the series, too.
Although Alydar's sets were short, because the others were the main acts, she was very funny and made the most of her time. I also had the pleasure of chatting with her at both shows.
The fun is far from over though. I will see Alydar April 29, when Al and David return to Chicago at Zanies.
It's been a few months since I saw the trio. I look forward to seeing how the set has evolved, since Al and David have done many shows together since then. Of course, I am also very happy to see Alydar again.
