Danhausen and StarrCast VI

StarrCast VI is this weekend. Running Sept. 1-3 at the Hyatt in Schaumburg, StarrCast IV will be a weekend jam-packed with wrestling stars, legends, vendors, events, fans and more. Of course, I will be "On the Beat" all weekend.

Returning to where it all started in 2018, StarrCast returns to Schaumburg for the third time. It ha also been in Paradise, Nevada (2), Baltimore (4) and Nashville (5).

With a lineup such as this, it is hard to pick a headliner. The icon Sting might be the most accomplished legend, but the rest of the list brings impressive resumes, too. Christian, Jim Ross, Jake "The Snake" Roberts and Jeff Jarrett are a few of the other legends. Jon Moxley, Ruby Soho, Britt Baker and Swerve Strickland are a few of the current stars.

There's many more of each, including Danhausen. The son of a paranormal writer and artist, Danhausen has worked his way up to become a star. I was curious how his odd character would work, but he has evolved and kept it interesting. While I don't see Danhausen becoming a World Champion in any of the big companies, I can see him winning titles and having a very successful career.

He is one of the most popular guests at any convention. It will be interesting to see how he does at a convention filled with other wrestling stars. They all compete for the attention and money of the fans, but I think Danhausen will still be oe of the most popular.

I know I will be making a stop at Danhausen's booth. I'll also be stopping at many other booths. It is a matter of time and schedule juggling to make sure I see as many as I want. It's always a challenge, but a fun one.
