Talking Travel with Steve Dolinsky

For my latest Talking Travel interview on Global Traveler, I turned to a hometown favorite. Actually, make that two hometown favorites.

Food and travel reporter Steve Dolinsky has been a welcome presence on Chicago's television for more than three decades. Over the years, Steve has become an expert on pizza, although he is not limited to just pizza. 

I talked to Steve about his career and all things pizza. Steve described the ultimate pizza, the best beverage accompaniment, searching for good pizza, his books, podcast and more.

I could have talked pizza with Steve for another few hours. The man definitely knows his stuff. Steve is one busy guy though. On television, podcasts and tours, Steve is all over the place.

I thank Steve for his time and consideration. I appreciate all of the great information he has given over the years. I'm extending an open invitation to Steve for a pizza outing on me.
