There's a lot of coolness in this picture. Baseball Hall of Famer Andre Dawson is pictured with his Gold Glove and promoter ark Childers.
Dawson started his career with the Montreal expos, but one of the biggest highlights happened when he joined the Cubs. He was named National League MVP despite the Cubs finishing in last place. That is a rarity. After six seasons with the Cubs, Dawson played two seasons each with the Boston Red Sox and the Florida Marlins. He was elected into the Hall of Fame in 2010.
Mark is a hard-working promoter. I originally met him at AU Sports, a sports collectibles store, but I have since seen him at many other signings. If Mark is involved, I know it will be run smoothly. Those signings are also a great chance to catch up with Mark and have a few laughs.
