When we last saw Nick Vernveniotis, he was posing with "Elvis Presley" in Memphis. Nick has also been photographed with legendary Cubs fan Ronnie "Woo Woo" Wickers and with the legendary animated Simpsons family.
Nick really hit a new high (or is it low) in 2008, when he posed with e hotdog mascot. Do hotdogs really need mascots? Especially at a baseball game, you don't need a hotdog mascot to entice you to buy a hotdog. However, if you must have a hotdog mascot, please make it a good one. Nick deserves better (and so does Johngy's Beat).
Even with the cheesy hotdog mascot (cheesedog?), we are always happy to include Nick on this site. He's an old favorite.
