No Eggs Benedict

Actor Dirk Benedict has had a long and successful career.  He is best known for his role as Faceman in The A Team and Lt. Starbuck in Battlestar Galactica.  It is his connection to Galactica which is a major draw at celebrity conventions. 
As I have often written, being part of a major franchise (like Galactica) is an instant invitation to do well at conventions.  Galactica fans want to get every Galactica signature possible, especially the bigger names and Benedict certainly fits that description.
At the Motor City Comic Con, Benedict was signing many Galactica related items, along with other photos.  He was also selling and signing copies of his two books, Confessions of a Kamikaze Cowboy and And Then We Went Fishing.  Benedict gladly talked baout his career and books, without being too pushy about the books.
It was fun meeting him, but I was a little off my game.  I completely forgot to ask him about his role in Body Slam, a wrestling movie starring Roddy Piper.  Oh well, maybe next time.
