Kurt Dinse at Flashback Weekend

I first met artist Kurt Dinse a few years back.  My first interview with him can be found at On the Beat with Kurt Dinse at Wizard World 2012.  Since then, I have talked to him many times and it is always a fun time.
Dinse first caught my eye because of his cool take on the Blackhawks logo.  He had other fun sports logos, too, including the Bulls and the late 70's White Sox logo.  Most of Dinse's creations are not sports, though.
His creations are bold, whether in black and white or color.  A lot of his work is cartoonish (in a good way).  Some are even takes on cartoon characters.  They are all very cool and so is Dinse!
Like most artists, the best way to understand and appreciate his artistry is to check out his work for yourself.  The best place to see his creations are the Pungent Basement Art Facebook page or PungentBasementArt.com.  You can also see him and some of his work at various comic cons.
