Twenty plus years after "Full House" left the television airwaves, "Fuller House" is set to debut tonight. Most of the original cast will be involved on some level, except for the Olsen twins, apparently.
I had the pleasure f talking to Jodie Sweetin at Wizard World Chicago 2015. We talked about "Full House" and Fuller House." That interview can be found at On the Beat with Jodie Sweetin at Wizard World. I also asked Jodie about overcoming her problems, as she wrote about in her book unSweetined.
Finally, I asked her about seeing other celebrities at the convention. I loved her answer. It was innocent, genuine and sweet. She talked about seeing some of her favorites. At that point, we were just two convention go-ers talking about meeting our favorites. Of course, I was talking to one of my new favorites, thus making this a bit surreal.
Jodie looked beautiful, too. She was radiant and that isn't just my starstruck eyes talking. I was not the only member of the press (or the only fan) who noticed she was looking great.
By all accounts, Jodie has bounced back nicely from her problems and appears to be on the upswing again. I am really happy for her and very grateful I had the chance to talk to her.
