Celebrity Jersey Cards is a regular series in which I create virtual trading cards for celebs wearing sports jerseys. Today, I salute the 2018 World Series participants.
I can think of nobody better to wear the Houston Astros rainbow jersey than Elton John. The Hall of Fame entertainer has made a career out of his colorful wardrobe, although he has gone more conservative in his later years. All things considered, this just might be the perfect Celebrity Jersey Card. Congratulations to the Astros on their first championship.
Jermaine Jackson is the fourth child in the famous Jackson family and is the second oldest in the Jackson 5 (behind brother Tito). Aside from the Jackson 5, Jermaine had some solo success, too. His Celebrity Jersey Card comes from his appearance wearing a #99 jersey while attending a game. Congrats to the Dodgers for an excellent season.
