Celebrity Jersey Cards is a regular series in which I create virtual trading cards for celebs wearing sports jerseys. Today, our celebs pay homage to the cities of the upcoming Super Bowl.
Author George Plimpton was born in New York. Plimpton's most famous book was
Paper Lion, a firsthand account of his "stint" with the Detroit Lions, but he also did similar books about other sports.
Open Net was hist story of his time in net for the Boston Bruins. From that book, Plimpton also gained a Celebrity Jersey Card. This might be the only CJC where the celebrity has a goalie helmet.
Born near Philadelphia, PA, Jim Cramer turned his financial analysis skills into a television career. Staying loyal to his Philly teams, Cramer has worn various hometown jerseys on his show over the years. He went all out for this Celebrity Jersey Card by wearing hockey gloves and holding a stick.
