Friend Encounters is a weekly series featuring friends who have met celebrities.
Kyle Wegner is a buddy I met on the independent wrestling scene. A huge wrestling fan, he might have met more wrestlers than I have.
He met Sting at Heroes and Legends Wrestling Fan Fest, a great event run by Jayson Maples in Indiana.As you can see, Sting wasn't too happy with Kyle. I know that feeling. We all would like to choke out Kyle.
Actually, Kyle is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Aside from his love of the Packers and Brewers, he s a great guy. I'm sure he got along great with Sting, who gave him the extra fun in their picture.
Had I not already met Sting, I would be really envious of this one. Sting is one of the legends of wrestling and rarely does appearances (although he is doing more lately).
Kyle posts a lot of pictures with wrestlers and other celebrities on social media. He also is known for working the other side of the camera. He offers his photographic services through KJW Photography.
