Last year, actress and friend Andrea Evans passed away after battling cancer. I originally met and worked with Andrea many years ago. We kept in touch over the years and she was one of the sweetest people ever.
A few years ago, at a fan event, Andrea caught up with actress Liza Huber, who played her daughter on televisions Passions. Although her stint on the show was relatively short, Liza remains a fan favorite.
Andrea played a few villainesses on daytime dramas, but Liza' real mom played a famous one, too. Susan Lucci was one of the longest-running divas on daytime television.
Liza's first bit of acting was with her mom in a commercial, followed by an uncredited role in a movie starring her mom. In 2008, Liza retired from acting.
I like running these type pictures, because they bring back great memories of Andrea. I'm sad she passed, but lucky to have known her.
