The Murray family is quite a talented bunch. Among the siblings is Chef Andy.
Chef Andy is the author of Eat, Drink, and Be Murray, a cookbook of family recipes and food found at Murray Bros. Caddyshack restaurants in Rosemont, Illinoi and Florida. I had the pleasure of interviewing Chef Andy about all of that at On the Beat With Chef Andy Murray This book is full of awesome recipes from appetizers to desserts, many of which I have enjoyed at MBCS.
I eat at MBCS fairly often, especially during Athletes Unlimited Softball Season, which is played a couple blocks away. MBCS makes a great pre-game or post-game meal. We have even snuck there between games of a doubleheader. It is a winner every time.
