On the Beat with Tony Furjanic-Part 2

Last week, I ran the first part of my four part interview with old friend and former NFL player Tony Furjanic.  Tony talked about his experience at Mount Carmel high school and the process in which he selected Notre Dame.
Tony was a great guy at MC.  While we were teammates on the track-cross country team, Tony helped me several times with weight-lifting tips, stretching techniques and other helpful suggestions.  He was a legitimate star and I was a scrub, but he still took his time to assist me.  That meant a lot to me back then and I appreciate it to this day.
During the interview a couple weeks back, I was pleased to see that Tony has retained those same qualities from our MC days.  He thoughtfully answered my questions and added a few funny stories about his NFL career.
I am very happy to see Tony doing well at Authorized Acquisitions.  Authorized Acquisitions buys and sells used assets from hospitals.  They are the largest reseller of equipment nationally.  I really did not doubt he would succeed, because that is who he is.  Still, it is always good to see old friends doing well.
In minutes 5-10, he talks about Marv Levy (his coach with the Buffalo Bills), advice his father gave him upon his arrival at the Bills camp and travel opportunities he had at Notre Dame and in the NFL.
