Celeb Jersey Cards #104 James Denton & Breckin Meyer

This is a regular series which attempts to combine my passion for trading cards with my interest in celebrities.  When it comes to celebrities wearing jerseys, the Los Angeles Dodgers are one of the most worn teams.

A native of Nashville (TN) and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, actor James Denton is a big baseball fan.  He is part-owner of the Orange County Flyers of the Golden Baseball League.  Denton fits in perfectly with the Dodgers and actually looks like he could play a bit, too.  He wore #2 for Hall of Fame Manager Tommy LaSorda, while playing in one of many charity games in Los Angeles.  This James Denton Celebrity Jersey Card is dedicated to my friend Chuck, a long-time Denton fan.

Breckin Meyer was born in Minneapolis (MN), but his career took him to Hollywood and the Dodgers.  Meyer wore the #3, worn so well by Steve Sax, for his appearance at Dodgers Stadium and onto a Celebrity Jersey Card.  Meyer attended elementary school with Drew Barrymore and reportedly was her first kiss.
