I have known Cuzz for about 15 years and I am proud to call him a friend. Cuzz is a great guy. He loves the San Diego Padres, the Detroit Tigers and the Michigan Wolverines and he is willing to defend any of those to the death. He even went as far as even for the Padres at Yankee Stadium. I applaud that moxie, even if it was on a Boys of Summer trip when we we 6-0 and Kings of the Castle.
Cuzz is also a founding father of the Backup Catcher Hall of Fame. With two classes already enshrined and the third about to be announced, I can honestly say, it would not have happened without Cuzz's knowledge, humor and patience.
Aside from all of that, Cuzz has been a real friend. I feel lucky and blessed to call him friend.
