On the Beat with David DeJesus of the Chicago Cubs

David DeJesus has been one of he bright spots at Wrigley Field. The ten year veteran joined the Cubs last season and provided consistency offensively and defensively.
Prior to one of the games in Houston, Matt and I were hanging around the Cubs dugout (I never get tired of writing that) and DeJesus was alone and looked to be just waiting for batting practice to start.  JohngysBeat.com's Contributor Extraordinaire Matt Parker took the opportunity to talk to DeJesus.  He talked about playing in his hoetown of Chicago and other topics in this short interview.
Matt was on a roll on this trip.  This was one of Matt's biggest active players ever.
After you watch the interview below, head over to Travel Favorites of Baseball Greats on Global Traveler's site to read the full report from this trip.
