On the Beat with Hacksaw Jim Duggan at the Motor City Comic Con 2013

Our coverage of the 2013 Motor City Comic Con begins with a bang...or rather a big "Hoooooooooooooooo" courtesy of Hacksaw Jim Duggan.  The Hall of Fame wrestler was the first celeb we met and interviewed this year.
Duggan is a legendary wrestler known for his 2x4 and his trademark "USA" and "Hoooooo" chants.  He is a big, thick man with a larger than life personality.
Wrestling mostly as a good guy, Duggan has entertained folks in and out of the ring for over 30 years.  He has won several titles with the WWE and WCW.  He is signed to a Legends contract with the WWE and still occasionally laces up the boots for some squared circle action.
Now you can learn more about him through Hacksaw: The Jim Duggan Story, his new autobiography.  Duggan talked about the book in our interview below.
Hacksaw is one of the real success stories in wrestling.  He is a family man, a law-abiding citizen and genuinely a nice guy.  It will be refreshing to read an autobiography not filled with bad news and stories.
He is out promoting the book at conventions and elsewhere, including the All Night Flea Market in Wheaton, IL, on August 17.  I encourage everyone to go out and meet him and buy his book.  Look how much fun I had talking to him and joining him in a "Hooooooo!"  It was one of the highlights of the MCCC.
