C2E2 2022 runs August 5-7. It's not too early to make plans to be there. I know I'll be "On the Beat" as usual.
One of the most interesting creators I ever met there was Princess Etch. Special Contributor Joey Roth handled the interview duties for our most recent interview which can be found at On the Beat With Princess Etch at C2E2 2020.
If you haven't guesssed, Princess Etch (aka Jane Labowitch) is an artist who creates with Etch A Sketch. While I have seen others do Etch A Sketch art, I have never seen anyone do such amazing and so much Etch A Sketch art. She really is in a class by herself. One might say she etched her own niche.
One of my favorite creations of hers is the Spongebob Etch A Sketch below. It's incredible, as are all of her creations. I have watched her do some and I still have no idea how she gets Etch A Sketch to do what it does. She is like a magician with it.
Unfortunately for Chicagoans, Princess Etch moved and hasn't been back for C2E2. I hold hope she will return one day, but most important, I am happy she is doing well.
Go to PrincessEtch.com for more info on Jane and her work. Also, check C2E2.com for news and updates on C2E2 2022.

Off-topic, but yours is one of the few blogs where the photo still appears as a thumbnail on peoples' blog sidebars. Are you doing anything differently?
A few years ago, this started happening to me, but when I changed my process to add the text first, then the photo, the thumbnail would appear. Now that is not working for me.
Almost every other blogger on my blogroll ( https://jd-blogroll.blogspot.com/ ) also has their photo missing.
Maybe it is a photo size issue?
I have no idea. Sometimes I add the photo first, but sometimes it is last. I have done nothing differently. Let me know if you ever get any answers though.
