Felissa Rose was one of my first interviews at a comic con. It has led to many years of laughs, hugs and friendship with this lovely person. That interview is at On the Beat With Felissa Rose.
Felissa first hit the big screen in Sleepaway Camp, which has become a cult classic. She didn't do much for the next ten years, but slowly got back into acting and has been esepcially busy over the last ten years or so.
Moe to my point, Felissa is just such a sweetheart. If you're close with her, you'll get a hig. Even if you aren't that close, you might get a hug. She's just that type of person.
If you hear laughter, you'll probably see Felissa surrounded by a bunch of folks. She's the life of a party n all the right ways.
It's been way too long since I have seen Felissa, but hopefully that will change this year. I need a Felissa fix!
I don't know if she will be at Flashback Weekend, running August 5-7. She has been there a few times and I hope to see her there again this year.
Flashback Weekend is one of the most fun conventions I have ever attended. It isn't the biggest convention, but the entertainment value ranks up there with any other. The promoters are committed to making it fun for all and they succeed every year in that goal!
