Still riding the wave of success from Butts in Seats: The Tony Schiavone Story, his graphic bio collaboration with the famous wrestling announcer, Dirk broke the news he would be working with the legendary Arn Anderson for is next project. For wrestling and comics fans, that is huge news.
Dirk's background and first love is horror, as witness by his many other books, but wrestling isn't far behind and might be catching up. I have had made conversations with Dirk on wrestling and I know he is knowledgeable and respectful of the business. He is the perfect person to do these books and I am happy for his success. It is well-earned and completely deserved.
I am sure I will be talking to Dirk in early 2022. We'll catch up on horror, ice cream, wrestling and more. He always has projects in the works and is always willing to share the news with me.
