Cards That Never Were: Eric Torkelson Topps 1975, '76, '78, '79, '81 & '82

Cards That Never Were is a recurring series in which I create virtual trading cards for players missed in various sets. It is a concept I have borrowed from far too many to list, but I appreciate all of their efforts. More of my creations and many great creations of others can be found in the Custom Baseball Cards Facebook group (and not just baseball cards).
After playing his collegiate ball at Connecticut, Erik Torkelson was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the 11th round of the 1974 NFL draft. Torkelson played with the Packers from '74 through '81, although he missed the '80 season. Overall he rushed for 1,307 yards, for a 3.7 yards average with eight TDs. He also had 469 receiving yards.
For his efforts, Topps gave Torkelson a card in the 1977 set. That left a lot of missing cards. Lynn of the Custom Baseball Cards group on Facebook created the 1981 card. I found enough good pictures to make most of the missing cards. I settled on the best remaining picture to create a slightly muddied (on multiple levels) '82 card.
