Flashback Weekend is approaching quickly. Running August 4-6, it is Chicago's oldest horror-related convention and the best!
One of the cool parts of Flashback Weekend is the variety of guests they have. One such guest last year was Jon Kitley.
Kitley is a horror fan, podcaster and more, including owner/operator of Kitley's Krypt, a fantastic horror-related website. Debuting in 1998, it is one of the longest-running horror website. Like Flashback, it is also one of the best. Chock-full of everything related to horror, Kitley's Krypt is updated regularly. This isn't a ghost site (pun intended).
Kitley even addresses why his name is in the title. He states it is because he stands by all on the site. The site is certainly full of quality horror content worthy of his name. As someone who also has his name in the site title, I totally support Kitley having his name in the title. Why not? It's his creation, his work, his effort. It's an excellent site, I check often.
Kitley is just one of many great guests announced for Flashback 2023. There is also a Scream reunion. Of course, there will be the usual panels, Q&A's, screenings, photo ops and more. It's fantastic fun and I will be immersed in it "On the Beat" all weekend.
