Celebrity Jersey Cards #705 Hailey Dawson & Kasia Kerridge

Celebrity Jersey Cards is a weekly series in which I create virtual trading cards for celebrities wearing jerseys. Today, I continue a season-long march alphabetically through all MLB teams.

Born in Nevada, Hailey Dawson  is the first person to throw out a ceremonial first pitch in all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums. Born with Poland syndrome and missing three fingers on her right hand with an underdeveloped pinky and thumb, she was fitted with a 3D-printed robotic hand at age 5. I love that while overcoming such an obstacle, her goal was a fun one and that MLB complied. This is a feel good story for certain.

Denver native Kasia Kerridge is a reporter-multimedia journalist. It was in this role she did a segment on the Colorado Rockies to earn her Celebrity Jersey Card. She attended Nanyang Technical Institute in Singapore, a fact which leads me to want to discuss travels with her. Hopefully, I will land her for a future Global Traveler interview.
