Celebrity Jersey Cards #728 Chris Hadfield & John McCain

Celebrity Jersey Cards is a weekly series in which I create virtual trading cards for celebrities wearing sports jerseys.

Born in Ontario, Chris Hadfield seemingly did everything. He is a retired Canadian astronaut, writer, engineer, fighter pilot, musician and more. He served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 25 years. He was in space for 165 days. A devoted fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, he wore a jersey under his spacesuit for his Soyuz re-entry in 2013. That would have made a cool Celebrity Jersey Card, but this one works, too.

Deceased politician John McCain was born in Coco Solo, Panama and gre up to represent Arizona in Congress for over 35 years.He also received several awards and medals for his many years in the service. Naturally, for his Celebrity Jersey Card, McCain repped his home state Arizona Coyotes.
