Colt Toombs is Piper's Son, but His Own Man

I first met Colt Toombs years ago when he accompanied his father Roddy Piper to Flashback Weekend in Chicago. Back then, Colt was a young teenager helping his dad.  We talked a bit and I thought he was very polite and respectful.
At the recent Days of the Dead convention, Colt once again was at Roddy's table.  We talked a bit, but he was pretty busy helping fans get what they wanted.  The second day, Colt was there early and I took the opportunity to grab a picture with him.
Colt is an MMA fighter now.  His next scheduled bout is in about 4 months.  I know I'll be looking forward to that bout.
As readers know, I have been a long time fan of Roddy and it is always a pleasure to meet him.  While forging his own path, Colt is following in his dad's footsteps in terms of fan interaction.  He's a great young man and I wish him much success.
