Last Friday at Resistance Pro Wrestling's Obsession, Rhino challenged Harry Smith for the R Pro title. Rhino put up his old ECW title belt (the one he has kept from being the last champ of the original ECW). Smith had beaten Rhino at the previous event and this feud had quickly become very intense and interesting.
Smith is the son of the legendary British Bulldog and part of the Hart dynasty. He is R Pro's first Heavyweight champ and Rhino was his first challenger for the title.
Rhino makes a great opponent for Smith. He has a solid career in several organizations. He has size, strength and good speed for a bigger man. I was really looking forward to the match at Obsession and the men put on a great match.
That makes two exciting matches for Smith and Rhino. The only way it could get better is in a cage and that is exactly where this feud is going. On May 11, at R Pro's next event, Rhino and Smith will settle it inside a steel cage...and Johngy's Beat will be there.
