It has been a blast covering Resistance Pro Wrestling, but one of the very best parts has been getting to know Tommy Else. It has been a real pleasure and I am happy to call him a friend.
Tommy is a fitness instructor and the owner-operator of T3 Fitness. He is also the creative genius of the T3 Universe. Wait, let me rephrase that in his words. He is "our Sunday night savior and master of the T3 universe". Who am I to argue with that?
Tommy is an ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) certified Personal Trainer, whose parents were competitive body builders. Tommy is also a natural (drug-free) body builder.
Tommy is a unique individual and he shows it in every aspect of his life. As a trainer, he is committed to actually helping people of all levels of fitness. He genuinely cares for the well-being of each of his clients. He pays attention to their specific needs, goals and limitations and develops a training regimen and diet for them.
A different aspect of his personality is evident on his T3 Universe podcasts. Tommy has fun with these, inviting guests who he finds interesting. He even had my nephew and me join him recently (and it was a great time). It's his podcast (or his universe), but he shines the spotlight on others and everyone has fun.
Tommy also had a tryout with Resistance Pro a few months ago. You'll have to check out his site to find out how that all went. That's his story to tell and it is quite a story.
We again had the pleasure of interviewing Tommy at R Pro's "A Small Deadly Space". Tommy talked about the T3 Universe, T3 Fitness and other fun stuff.
After you watch the interview, please check out Tommy's Facebook page, the T3 Universe Facebook page and the T3 Universe website to learn more about Tommy and to get updates on his latest activities.
