On the Beat with AJ Andrews of the Chicago Bandits 2015

Today, the Johngy's Beat and Justin's World of Softball joint coverage of the 2015 Chicago Bandits features rookie outfielder A.J. Andrews.  The speedy outfielder was drafted out of LSU.
A.J. racked up some pretty impressive numbers at LSU, including 97 stolen bases in 105 attempts.  She wasn't just about speed though.  Her career numbers at LSU are a .354 batting average, with 5 HR, 95 RBI and 97 stolen bases in 105 attempts
With the Bandits, A.J. has played well in her role.  She has four stolen bases and eight runs scored, while hitting .175 in 40 at bats.  Plus, she has run down some sure hits in the outfield.
In our interview, we talked about her time at LSU, her role on the team, adjustments in the NPF and more.  A.J. wants to see the Bean in Chicago.  I'm calling on her friends to make that happen!
After you watch the video, head to ChicagoBandits.com for more info and updates.  Then, be sure to check out the Bandits in person, on television or on YouTube.  Get to a game before the season ends!
