Matt Peppler is an illustrator and graphic designer. On his twitter page, Matt states that he loves horror and hates Jackson Pollock. He's a frequent guest at Wizard World, which is where I met him.
Some of Matt's creations are his twists on horror movie posters. One of my favorites of his is his version of The Exorcist. It is one of my all-time favorite movies and Matt does a great job with his creation.
Matt's works looked interesting and distinct. I learned that he uses traditional methods, coupled with digital media. He starts each piece by using Sharpies. Sharpies! I love that! The next step involves PhotoShop. It's amazing. Sharpies and PhotoShop to create such beautiful pieces. Well, Sharpies, PhotoShop, a lot of talent and a creative mind all work together.
