Bear Down Monday (Sunday) #6: Bears vs. Lions

I first heard of SpongeBob Squarepants when my friends Lizzy and Louie were discussing the character at work.  Not being a parent, I had no clue about SpongeBob or his square pants.  Lizzy and Louie urged me to watch the children's show, swearing I would enjoy it.
I laughed it off and forgot about it, until I stumbled across the show one night.  I admit, I couldn't turn the channel.  It was oddly intriguing.
The show reminds me of a modern day animated PuffnStuff.  It seems to appeal to kids and adults on different levels (although some can argue that Lizzy, Louie and I are really just big kids anyway).
When we were in Detroit for a Monday Night Football game, my sister Jean spotted SpongeBob and pointed him out to me.  Of course, I grabbed Contributor Extraordinaire Matt and headed over to the character.  SpongeBob gladly posed with us and his partner made sure we liked the picture, too!
Big Money, SpongeBob and Johngy at an NFL game?  You never know what you might see out there, so always be ready.
Speaking of being ready, the Bears and all of their fans, have been ready for this game since that MNF game I discussed above.  Bears in a romp.  Book it!  With or without SpongeBob Squarepants, Johngys says so.
Me, SpongeBob Squarepants and Matt in Detroit, MI-December 2011.
