Once again, Johngy's Beat is teaming with Justin's World of Softball to bring you another great season of Chicago Bandits softball. We will be spreading the news and word on the Bandits on our sites, as well as The Patch, Tru School Sports and our YouTube channels. We want everyone to know and love the Bandits like we do.
As of this writing, the Bandits are 5-0, however when we talked to Manager Mike Steuerwald, the Bandits were 4-0 and preparing for their game.
Coach Stu has a long history with the Bandits and he gave us a brief recap of his time with the team. We also discussed the turnover of the roster from last season, the exciting win the previous night, and much more in this introductory interview.
It was our first time talking to Coach Stu and he could not have been more generous with his time and his willingness to talk to us. We plan on revisiting Coach Stu as the season progresses. Of course, we will also be interviewing all of the Bandits, much like we did last season. All of those interviews can be found on the Johngy's Beat Chicago Bandits YouTube playlist.
