Great Lakes Championship Wrestling's Blizzard Brawl returns Saturday, December 3. This is a "can't miss" on my calendar.
Last year, All Elite Wrestling referee Aubrey Edwards was one of the biggest and best wrestling guests. Previous to her wrestling career, Edwards worked aa a producer in the video game industry. She uses that experience now contributing to AEW games. She made her ref debut in 2017 and workd for the WWE and elsewhere before joining AEW in 2019. Edwards made history in AEW by being the first woman to referee a pro wrestling world championship match on a pay-per-view.
She was a real sweetheart and a lot of fun at Blizzard Brawl. She made sure all her fans walked away with a special experience within the time constraints of such an event.
Actually, that behavior is the norm at Blizzard Brawl. All the talent is fan-friendly. Despite a large crowd and many wrestlers, I always get to meet everyone I want at these shows. Kudos to David Herro and his crew for a great job!
Go to AllEliteWrestling.com for more info on Aubrey. Also, check the GLCW Facebook page for updates and news on Blizzard Brawl 2022.
