William Ragsdale is probably best known for his role as Herman on tv's Herman's Head. It was an interesting concept for a show. Viewers were let into Herman's thoughts. Yardley Smith and Hank Azaria from The Simpsons were co-stars. It was one of the first hit shows for the Fox Network.
Ragsdale also had a role on television which was interesting for a whole different reason. He played Ellen's last boyfriend before she came out as a lesbian on the Ellen show.
Ragsdale was happy to talk about those roles and all others at Flashback Weekend. He was a great guest, appealing to fans for several different projects. I haven't seen him do many conventions, but Flashback Weekend had him. They always seem to pick up a few such guests who don't appear a lot at least in this area.
Flashback Weekend is scheduled for July 30-August 1. I hope by then, things are relatively back to normal. I'll be checking FlashbackWeekend.com for updates and I encourage all to do so, too.
