I first ran into Dawn McTeigue at the Motor City Comic Con. Dawn is a comic book cover and interior artist. She is the lead artist on JP Roth's (another of our favorites) Southern Nightgown. She has also done cover work for many others including Aspen Comics, Lady Death, Bluerainbow Online, Big Dog Ink and the Rothic Novel collections.
A resident of Calgary, Dawn incorporated hockey into Team Canada Red, one of my favorite works of hers. Whether her creations are cover art, series art or stand-alone, they are fantastic.
