Celebrity Jersey Cards is a weekly series in which I create virtual trading cards for celebrities wearing jerseys.
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Peter Gene Hernandez rose to fame as musician Bruno Mars. In his career, Mars has sold over 130 million records. Eight of his songs have reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Perhaps his greatest achievement is being on my running playlist, a feat accomplished by only a handful of singers from this century. Mars earned his Celebrity Jersey Card while wearing a Washington Capitals sweater.
Hank Williams Jr. was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. The son of the legendary Hank Sr., Hank Jr. was nicknamed Bocephus (after Grand Ole Opry comedian Rod Brasfield's ventriloquist dummy). In 2020, he was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Like a lot of other musicians, Williams earned his Celebrity Jersey Card by wearing the jersey of the Nashville Predators.
